vinegar is acidic and sweet, a nightmare for your teeth.
plus it gives nothing more than red wine. Prefer a small glass of red wine you'll get the same benefits
and rince your mouth after drinking you'll be fine

staying late has nothing to do with high blood pressure. What you put into your body is the responsible.
Always prefer butter to oils, and animal products over vegetables.
