Haos Visual Averages with Regularized MA's, lightened code & enhanced alerts

Did it this way for now, removed the filled areas, the text, and tried lightening the code some more. Also added arrows and alerts for the fast slow wpr crosses.

Specific alerts available:

Fast WPR entering OB/OS Zone
Slow WPR entering OB/OS Zone
Fast WPR exiting OB/OS Zone
Slow WPR exiting OB/OS Zone
When Fast & Slow WPR cross

Added divergences code to haos.
Divergences are for slow or fast wpr.
