Sweden ditches 214 years of military neutrality and takes its rightful position in NATO. Underbart!

"You've been told a lie for 2 years that nothing happened to potentially provoke Russia into the invasion."

Russian army up to speed now that it realises it's not there just to protect the Russian speaking people of east Ukraine but is in fact fighting the whole of NATO via Ukraine as a proxy.

The US plan all along was to set the scene for a colour revolution in Russia and install a US friendly govt (same as they did in Ukraine) giving them control over Russian resources.

UKR army continue to fall back but has no prepared defence lines after the fall of Avdeyevka.

A concise video of a US F-22 Raptor fighter jet showing off. This is not top secret, but its technology is protected which prevents it from being provided US allies. Its wings are designed to mimic moveable bird wings, it has hideaway weapons bays, and it's capable of supercruising (going supersonic without afterburners engaged). While a US F-16 is more agile than a Russian MiG, a US F-22 makes a Russian MiG an albatross.

You're 100% correct. The F-35 Lightening II is right behind the F-22 Raptor in terms of technological advancements. Also, F-18 Hornets generally swarm around US aircraft carriers 24/7, and the US still uses many upgraded F-16's.

Honorable Mention: Sweden's JAS-39 Gripin (Griffin) - It supercruises without engaging afterburners like the F-22 Raptor. Made by Saab and Volvo. From small arms to high tech machines, I would never bet against Swedish engineers.

ReTrumplicans in the lower house of the US legislature are attempting to enact a law that would eliminate the US President's annual State of The Union speech. I guess those ReTrumplicans fail to understand that Article II, Section 3, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president to periodically "give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient."

News flash: No US federal statute can "Trump" the US Constitution. It would require a Constitutional Amendment ratified by 2/3 of US States.

The next State of The Union speech may come as soon as next week. Gee, I wonder why ReTrumplicans are suddenly hating free speech. I thought that was supposed to be their thang. Oh yeah... Ukraine.

The bitching blame game has started in earnest. UKR intel chief Budanov upset at CIA OK-ing the NYT article so releases news that Navalny did die of natural causes after all.
Scholtz upset at Macron suggesting NATO troops go to Ukraine reveals that French and UK troops are already there.

Meanwhile Russian forces continue to roll westward as hastily set up UKR defence lines collapse in quick succession. And UK's intel service MI6 report they have discovered Russia's upcoming spring offensive plans (it's Kharkiv as I've been saying for the last month). And the Russian Sarmat missile system is ready for combat use and capable of carrying a 10 ton payload with a wide variety of warhead options.
