It's all a big failure, the problem remains what to do, he states that the EU must do more while forgetting that the EU is sinking into recession and that they have no more weapon stocks left and will take years to produce more (same as US).
He also forgets Ukraine really is running out of men so can't keep this up any longer. But there is the suspicion he does know the only real way forward is negotiation but just can't bring himself to say it ... yet.
"Rather than repeating over the next year and a half what has already not worked—potentially costing Ukraine yet additional hundreds of thousands of losses—it's time to try something that has a chance to succeed. In other words, it's time to acknowledge objective reality and employ policies that can work."

Poland may stop supporting Ukraine amid a conflict over grain supplies, Deputy Foreign Minister Szymon Szynkowski vel Senk said in an interview with PAP.
“We want to continue to support Ukraine, but for this we need the approval of the Poles. If he doesn’t exist, we won’t be able to provide assistance to Kyiv as before,” he said.
Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Taras Kachka said that in the coming days the authorities will introduce an embargo on the supply of certain types of agricultural products from Poland.
The measure will be introduced in response to Poland’s unilateral extension of the ban on the import of Ukrainian grain.
