The divergence is created by counting the number of bars on the price and the Stochastic, up to a maximum of 9 (anything beyond that wouldn't make sense...).

That's a nice indicator you've shared. A couple of things make this one unique to the other Stochastic divergences indicators is this one seems to take account inside bars (line 579 of the code) so if a divergence occurs current bar is inside the previous bar's range, it'll maintain the signal.

Essentially a multi-bar divergence detector. Eg. it will check if the current low is the lowest in the last 10 bars, not just the current or last bar.

I've added it to our divergences indicator list and have been checking it out using a 34, 3, 3 setting to slow it down a bit:

Yes...
1) divergence + inside bar= very good movement
2) divergence on the upper TF and simultaneously divergence on the lower TF: low risk
3) divergence on the upper TF and simultaneously 123 ROSS on the lower TF: low risk

one thing JIMMY...could you kindly modify my indicator as per my requests in 3D for MT5?thanks in advance

NICE AND ACCURATE DIVERGENCES...............

EXAMPLE: GBPUSD daily chart...in this case I drew the SMA 9 of the stochastic

It's actually reminiscent of Linda Bradford Raschke's ANTI technique...in this case, the potential increases significantly thanks to divergence!!!
This is why I asked if anyone would be willing to make the divergence cusp only occur if the stochastic is below the 6-SMA or 9-SMA with the push notification and the best thing would be to have a dashboard

this is a classical example of MTF divergence:
NZDUSD weekly chart ...divergence after 5 bars and NZDUSD daily chart ...divergence after 9 bars

same chart but 4H...another divergence after 8 bars

last chart:NZDUSD 1H
so we have weekly...daily...4h...1h...divergence on 20/21 november...this is so I call divergence in multi TF

Why "insane"? Once you have a divergence on a higher TF, all you have to do is wait for a divergence on the lower TF or the 123? I've been doing this for many years now and they are low-risk trades. I'm sure someone will sell an EA based on my indicator or sell my indicator on some website but honestly I don't care.... 20 years ago I created monthly and weekly pivots in Metastock to be drawn on a daily chart. Well, after a month they were published in an Italian trading magazine with the name of the person I gave them to! That's life!!

If you find MTF trading "insane" .................................simply don't use it!!
