Good job! That's the way to go. 56 Million only. The American taxpayers can easily absorb that, Mrtools just got to work a little bit harder..... :D
Seriously, the provocations and military threats against Russia by the US/NATO maniacs are increasing day by day. They are now really looking to get into an outright war and will of course accuse Russia of having initiated it.
