This one is an older mentoring video that I never watched at the time because I was put off by the title but it's actually very good and not really about just practicing using the ladder but looks in depth at the replay of an actual trade.

Lessons are 'know your strategy', so well you don't need to think. Lots of good points especially because in the slow mo trade post mortum he identifies exactly how and why he completely messed it up

Good mentoring video from NY prop trading firm SMB Capital looks at the process of an actual trade referring to the thought processes and looking at the higher time frame charts down to the 1 minute chart. A bit long winded at 55 min but there are some very good points made throughout such as when it's right to buy high (not just chasing).
