Are brokers moving away from MT4 and MT5?

Is it because I try to install it in an old laptop (Lenovo G480,from 14 years ago, tiny RAM, 500gb HDD) or is it because of the OS (Windows 7 Ultimate, 32bit) ???

metatrader does not require a powerful laptop, if the laptop supports Windows 10 the metatrader will work.
(if a trading system requires many complex indicators, then you need more power for your laptop)
