Thanks it's a good thing they tightened the platform's availability a few years ago. Do you think it's helped clean up Metaquotes's image? Or was it a bit too late

I say it's 100% beneficial and ethical. In the past, MT4 broker-dealers such as IG US LLC have been allowed to hack MT4 so that swaps are totally omitted. Forex.com US hacked swaps out of the symbols info and into a tab that doesn't even exist in Metaquotes' real MT4.

Also... with a frequently updating MT5 that natively supports machine learning and Python, and everything else via custom DLL's; I suspect that there's no need to hack Metaquotes' real MT5.
