Many good trades missed after lots of waiting.
Looking to find a more efficient way to use XU
Re: Scalping Nasdaq -simplified XARD
3The idea is to find multiple 1:2 RR trades per day (London and New York) at a good enough win rate to be profitable.
And not to grow old in the process.
Backtesting is fraught with all sorts of unseen biases, so this thread is going to be forward testing as far as possible.

5Bailed early - didn't like the way it got stuck at the high.Tomson wrote: Mon Oct 13, 2025 11:17 pm small dots again. Is a bank holiday today so may cut this short if it doesnt move after 08:30 EST
It may run to the target, but don't like bank holidays, or holding through NY open (which is in about 40 mins) for that matter.

6It's probably a good idea to not overthink these things. That's the run I wanted earlier.Tomson wrote: Mon Oct 13, 2025 11:45 pm Bailed early - didn't like the way it got stuck at the high.

7The model (long) simplified & idealised.
This is nothing new nor original, just putting it in a Xard context which makes it somewhat easier to spot, for me at least.
For this model m1 scalps on Nasdaq not sure how useful anything above SEMA 55 or the anchored vwap are. TBD amongst a host of other questions.

9Bailed at 1:1.
No-one ever went broke taking a profit.
Going to put some thought into taking partial profits and leaving runners.
