Lots of chatter last 2 days on possible Ukr retreat from Kursk and possible 'staged' all forces retreat to behind the Dnipro river.

The Dnipro retreat is supposed to be a faint to panic the west into joining the conflict but really, given Ukr losses, it's inevitable anyway.

Also, lots of chatter that Trump will force a settlement on both Russia and Ukr. They say Trump will stop Ukr aid if they refuse and flood Ukr with weapons if Rus refuse, utter nonsense.

Trump most likely will just to stop aid to Ukr and walk away. Ukr can then either sort out a deal with Rus or go down fighting and lose everything - simple.

Reminder that US doesn't have anymore weapons to send anyway, their stockpiles are gone and the small numbers of monthly production are going into rebuilding the US stockpiles. That's why Zelensky says they only received 10% of what they thought they were getting this year.

Very interesting that Ukraine leaks the terms of the April 2022 Istanbul peace agreement between Ukr and Rus now (video below). It's a reminder of what could have been, but those days are long gone and Ukr won't get anything like those terms in any upcoming negotiations, wishful thinking.

Still lots of chatter about so called 'Trump' peace plan but it's been the WP and NYT claiming info from 'inside the Trump team', it's all really WP and NYT neocon wishful thinking BS.

There isn't going to be any freeze, re-arm Ukr and then let Ukr into NATO. Just isn't going to happen.

Russia has not just spent 3 years destroying multiple Ukr armies, killing and severely wounding over 2 million Ukrainians soldiers to then give them time to rebuild and start all over again.

Russia will get a final comprehensive agreement or will take what it wants by force leaving an impoverished, agricultural based rump state with no resources or industry that will never again be able to wage war against Russia for at least hundreds of years.


Meanwhile Zelensky, at the recent Valdai meeting, has demanded he be given the whole $300B of western held Russian assets, well why not haha.

Difficult to know what's going on with the so called Trump peace plan as the Economist and the BBC join WP and the NYT in reporting it though no actual confirmation from Trump as I've seen.

The problem is the plan totally disregards what Putin has repeated over and over and totally disregards what's actually happening on the battlefronts. And also disregards that Zelensky already dismissed it.

Still waiting for a report on the Trump and Musk telephone call to Zelensky but the whole Trump peace plan story just looks like wishful thinking made up by the neocons who Trump should have nothing to do with at all.
