It was a perfect medium rare. Nothing was raw, but perfectly red and juicy.

I have made a lot of good/great steaks in my life. But I gotta say, the stars all lined up for that one!

Surprisingly good! One of those where the whole is far greater than the parts, unexpectedly tasty
and pretty damn healthy too!

Phenomenal and easy, the only way I make any kind of chuck/pot roast, made it 4x (no pun intended),
dont skip the rice either perfect combo.
Also braising it is preferred to stove top (350F 3-4 hrs depending)


This was also fantastic, tons of work tho.
