I think there is no blue line,are you talking about Aqua lines,these are floating level lines - upper/lower and middle
Indicator is just a tool.

Use it only if it can benefit you. Leave it if you don't know how to use it optimally.

A lot of flexibility,you can form different setups - combined with step lines (green/deep pink lines) and or independently within rsi/rsx (yellow line) and floating levels (the aqua ones)
Indicator is just a tool.

Use it only if it can benefit you. Leave it if you don't know how to use it optimally.

indeed, there is a lot of flexibility in that indicator. I already have some ideas, just have to wait for the weekend to test different settings.

That is here,actually it is RSI with 6 types RSIs,so you can choice RSX from - is a smoothed version with floating levels - 20 prices - interpolated mtf - full alerts and arrows package :)
My request to experts,currently it is alerting and arrowing on step crosses simply,kindly if a choice for alerting/arrowing on RSI line (yellow in the picture) cross levels (outer-middle)
