Could an indicator, or ea be made that would tab thru all the open pairs every X number of seconds?

If you mean if it could focus on different charts simultaneously opened, then yes, it can be made

Well, an ea or indicator that could Ctrl+F6 through different open chart pairs at a modifiable speed.
