It needs the following indicators in order to work :

If I recall correctly, you also need asctrend (the arrow) and 2TF-asctrend indicator

It is a mixture of indicators as per my little knowing,try using these along with too

4in1 bulls bears is not a 4 time frame indicator at all
Seems that somebody was planning to make a "TSV" indicator from it but that the work needed to make it work in multiple time frames was limited to name change only
