Allow me to share my opinion about semaphore.
Don't use it as your entry signal, instead use it as a pre-confirmation setup.
For example, as soon as you see 2nd dot, DO NOT enter right away, but wait until MA Cross, because the MA Cross is the real confirmation that candle will go to where I think it will go.
Hence the total setup will be: Big SEMA for bias followed by SEMA Arrow (the second dot), confirmed by MA Cross align with bias direction then entry.

Semaphore is based on ZigZag. so it recalculates, especially strongly
for trending markets and smaller TFs.
The original XARD system adding non-recalculating / laging
indicators (such as MAs) to Semaphore makes sense...
And using SL, of course as well as multi-TF analysis can help.
