These negotiations are leaving out the Europeans and making demands on the Ukrainians to make a peace based on what Russia has already won on the battlefield.

Big deals are being discussed and there's nothing the EU, UK or Zelensky can do about it.

Told Ya So.

The readouts from the 90 minute call between Trump and Putin yesterday confirm that the Europeans and Starmer and Zelensky are being shut out of the peace/ceasefire talks.

And a good thing too. None of them have anything positive to contribute, none of them want any deal. It's in their interests for the conflict to continue and so their attendance at any negotiations would only serve to delay and entangle.

The EU and UK want to keep the US in Europe. They need the US close by because the EU & UK are sinking.

They have no resources, no manufacturing, no industry, no military, no collateral. Their only plan for the future is to spend decades building a huge new military industrial complex with money they don't have and for a war that doesn't exist.

Zelensky needs the US to stay because without the constant flow of cash everything in Ukraine shuts down and Zelensky becomes a hunted man.

Trump recently restarted the aid flow after a brief pause but that's the last of Biden's last package, and Trump has made no mention of going to Congress to seek another one.

That explains his sense of urgency for negotiations, dumping the EU/UK and Ukraine from the talks while pushing Putin towards a deal which will inevitably be a good one for Russia.

Without a new aid package Ukraine will collapse anyway. Even if there is not a military collapse before the money runs out, there certainly will one be after. If the US money stops then Ukrainian wages and pensions don't get paid.

A quick deal with Putin to stop the fighting and the US can walk away and leave the humanitarian aid and clean up of what's left of Ukraine for the EU and UK to sort out.

Maybe Trump might get to dig up some minerals but I don't think he really cares at this stage.

Job Done.

The End.

Further disclosures on the Putin Trump phone call.

US admits Ukraine is a proxy, Ukraine is not sovereign, no point in talking to the monkey if Putin can talk to the organ grinder instead.

Russia and the US agree to continue BI-lateral talks, no room at the table for the EU, UK, or Zelensky.

Russia will drop claims on Odessa etc if the west ratifies that the 4 captured eastern oblasts belong to Russia.

Putin does not expect sanctions to be lifted anytime soon but doesn't really seem to care too much.

Zelensky now has very serious problems. He has never had command over military production, if he wants more, he needs to beg the west to supply it.

And to add weight to the request by providing proof that his military is not dead yet he would launch some new campaign designed for optics/PR rather than have any strategic value.

So Zelensky orders counterattacks on impossible positions. Or orders to attack deep into Russia with no achievable objective in sight.

Also, just for the optics, the army would get orders refusing to allow any retreat, time and time again.

This meant that instead of falling back to prepared defensive positions where the Russians would need come onto them across open fields, the Ukr troops would break in chaos running across those open fields with their backs to the enemy.

All very costly in Ukrainian lives and the only hoped for pay off being that more money would be sent from the west.

But it looks increasingly likely that Trump is not going to play ball cards anymore and instead side with Putin to end the conflict asap.

Trump doesn't need the EU or the UK or Zelensky to do that.

None of them can do anything without America's backing, no matter all the blustering BS they might be telling their own public.

Major narrative shift happening now in the US.

The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) no longer thinks the Ukraine Kursk offensive was stunning and brave but was in fact ''the most ineffective military operation in the last 200 years''.

And US publication 'The Hill' no longer thinks Biden was correct with regards to Ukraine but now thinks 'Trump was right all along'.

Meanwhile, Zelensky asks Trump for some more Patriot missiles, Trump says no - try the Europeans. Ouch.

Then Zelensky complains about lack of protection for Ukraine's energy production sites to which Trump suggested they would be safe if Ukraine handed them over to the US to run. Ouch x2.

This is Trump playing the 'minerals deal' distraction and brush off play all over again.

Zelensky must be wishing Joe Biden would come back because he's getting nothing out of Trump.

With the change of the heads of intel agencies with the new Trump admin it may be that more truthful intel is getting through than was available when the neocons were in charge. Turns out Ukraine were not winning after all 🤷‍♂️

THIS WEEK ON EU SOAP.

Vlad Z: Look, Trump's not playing cards. I need €4 Billion up front and pretty damn quick.

EU's Kaja: Oh don't be so modest Vlad, let's make it a nice round FORTY Billion.

Vlad Z: Oh alright, if you insist.

Victor from Hungary: **&^*$*, not bloody likely.

Kaja: You're such a spoilsport Vic. Ok, but let's give the poor boy something, he's having a hell of a time. A few billion for some artillery shells at least.

Victor: To buy from where? They don't bloody exist, he's already fired off the entire world's stockpile.

Vlad Z: Look don't you worry about that, just give me the money and I'll sort it all out afterwards.

Kaja: Okey dokey, the show must go on after all.

NEXT WEEK on EU SOAP:

Pedro from Spain rogers Kaja in the EU broom closet while she screams ''what do you think I'm here for?''.

Russia handing out heavy jail sentences to 'mercenaries' fighting for Ukraine in Kursk.
I bet he's regretting that decision. I knew an English guy who served 3 years in a Russian prison, they threw him into the 'foreigners wing' that was packed with the lowest of the low North Koreans. He had a massive scar down the side of his face that was given to him on the first night for no particular reason, just to let him know who was boss.
