I just searched around to decompile EX4 to MQ4 File, and found Services and Tools that start from ~300$ for only 1 File (wtf?)

Is there any Option out there to do this for free or little cheaper than 300$ ?

Uuuh.....i think you are in the wrong place, asking here for decompiling indicators to steal intellectual property.
But I suggest you ask mrtools how to decompile his .ex files. He'll be happy to help you out.........
