No it can not
The thing is simple :

- Imagine 1 minute data on 1 hour chart
- You can show only one value out of possible 60 1 minute values
- If you show one , why did you chose exactly that one out of 60?
- Why didn't you show any of the other 59 values?

All in all, loss of data of lower time frame displayed on a higher time frame reaches such an extent that it is unusable for anything
