How the filter works
While the standard MACD line is above 0, strong red (200,50,100) and light red (255,160,160) candles become light blue (160,200,255).
While the standard MACD line is below 0, strong blue (50,150,255) and light blue (160,200,255) candles become light red (255,160,160).
All other candles, and any candle where the MACD line is exactly 0, keep their original colors.
Changes
New inputs: InpUseMacdFilter switches the filter on or off. InpStdFast (12), InpStdSlow (26) and InpStdPrice (Close) set the standard MACD. The 12/26 defaults are my assumption, so change them to match the MACD on your chart.
MACD line: it is the fast EMA minus the slow EMA, with the centerline at 0. It is separate from the Jurik MACD and does not use the Jurik smoothing.
Timeframe: the standard MACD is calculated on the same timeframe as the Jurik MACD (InpTimeframe, which is the current chart by default).
Jurik direction buffer: the Jurik MACD’s up/down direction is now stored in its own buffer. This stops the new filter from affecting the Jurik direction on the next bar.
