"Tak Tau Nak Cakap Apa" can be translated into English as:

"I don't know what to say." (most natural)
"I'm speechless." (when you're surprised, shocked, or impressed)
"I have no words." (more dramatic/emotional)
"I don't even know what to say anymore." (when frustrated or amazed)

Examples:

Tak tau nak cakap apa, memang terbaik. → "I don't know what to say, it's absolutely amazing."
Tak tau nak cakap apa bila tengok result ni. → "I'm speechless after seeing these results."

i believe cutting loses to minimum and waiting patiently is the holy grail just my opinion the second most important thing is time frame traders who make money often trade on higher time frames maybe 4h to 1D which is quite hard to sit idle on boring screen . a person who will enter trade on lets suppose 4h time frame will have less chance of getting stopped out than a person who enter on 15m
