3303Can anyone identify this indicator? I’m sure I’ve seen it somewhere on this forum before… I’m convinced it’s some variation of RSIonMA nrp but smoothed with arrows.

Any changes to the indicator need to be discussed with him (if he is the one who wrote the indicator).

I dont have code for this, but HMA calculation is known and I made RSI with this calculation.
BTW, it is different then Mr Intrest 1's version.
But since I've created it, I'm sharing it here, maybe someone will find it useful...

This indicator is a rework of the well known RSI
I called it Relative Trend Index because it uses the RSI as a base but changes its computation based on trend.
You can select which type of trend (MA or HH/LL)
And the "strength" of the process.
You know how in a trend, the RSI tends to glue itself to the Overbought zones? Just when we need signals in the Oversold zone ?
Well this tries to change that
You can see for example here that in an uptrend (blue) the RSI is attracted to the bottom way more than the traditionnal rsi (bottom):
