Also, is this Nadaraya-Watson variant repainting like the original indicator is?
Hi TransparentTrader! I'm not sure if I did it correctly, but it seems to be a NW Casual (non-repaint) design. I included the MTF and vaguely checked it, and the code seems okay. If the master coders want to look at or improve the code, I'm sending it with the open source code.

Nice code guys, Rodrigo has made a spot-on port.

I've added color change within the inputs tab 🙂

Thank you RodrigoRT7! I'm not a coder myself, but with all the requests I make I should seriously start considering the idea of becoming one. It would be nice to be able to some of these ports myself and better understand the math powering these indicators.

Always happy to see your contributions and perspectives on the indicators other people post. I'll give this a run in real time soon and see how it behaves in a live market.

Hi TransparentTrader. I'm glad I could help you, but I'm not a coder either; all the credit goes to our friends kvak and Mr Tools and our contributors Xard, Cagliostro, etc. :). I only did a simple conversion and it was a pleasure to help you. I also like NW, both the Casual and the repainting versions.

But based on our contributor Cagliostro's recommendation, I believe I-Sadukey is also a good option.

Thanks a lot
Actually I want to add bar shift to help avoid the multiple time frame recalculation
Is this advisable 👇

Code: Select all

setIndexshift(3,2);

Code: Select all

setIndexshift(4,2);
