i find M15 more relevant sometimes (triggered with M1) - especially when trading xausud which climbs constantly for several months now.
the reason why i choose M15 is because sometimes dots displayed in lower timeframes are not yet visible in M15, and its only when they do that i consider the sub trend as confirmed. this shows once again the importance of always using at least 2 tf to be able to step back.

when you look at xauusd m15 chart, for each green mini dot, considering a stoploss just beneath, you have very few stoploss touch.
this way you can elaborate exit strategy easily, and stoploss tracking if necessary.
this also applies to downtrend of course (m30 gives the main trend for me)

for instance here, i am pretty sure the price will move up, with down arrow, on the next green mini dot (or move down big blue dot, until next green mini dot...(the next big pink dot will be replaced by down arrow) just because of the up main trend (m1 xu_tdi helps me follow track)

whenever the big pink dot won't go above down arrow, then one will need to wait for next blue big dot, or Up Arrow.

the m30 arrow is downwards, always evaluate 1 M upwards

ok so the mini dot is to be expected on the M15, not on the M1 maybe I was wrong here
