The RR of 1:2 remains the same, as does the profit target by adjusting contract size accordingly.

Spread is relatively higher though not too much of an issue unless outside of London / NY sessions, which I don't do anyway.

Entry is in the right place. Whether buyers will be able to push to the arrow is another story but according to rules described by Xard, after second dot, you should exit at arrow.
