Re: The FNC Greedy System

Dear Mr Funchi,

It has been a long time since we chatted. I have been testing the FNC_DB system for quite some time using demo account. I have a question, attached with the trade it took yesterday, XAUUSD & XAGUSD in 1H Timeframe <RED VERTICAL LINE>

I was wondering, is it possible to change the parameter of the FNC_Zee_Resistant, so that it only takes the trade from the starting of FNC_Zee_Resistant ONLY (blue square box area) and stop taking any trades if too far from the FNC_Zee_Resistant.

Just want to trade near and close to the FNC_Zee_Resistant, if trade too far of it of course it will be slightly risky or overbought.

Is there any settings can change to minimize the risk?

And thanks FiveS and reverent for your contribution and active participation, I also trying the FNC_DB system here, I wish you guys are doing well!

I have configured it so that the signal is only evaluated until the specified period. Please set the 'Bars to check' parameter.

Just your opinion? Is it a good thing or a bad thing?
i just want to be sure is anyone see what i saw . so if someone try to make a system and try to backtest should know if this is repaints or not . i think the indicator uses some kind of TMA and changes the past .

Hi Mr Funchi, does it mean that I will download your latest ex4 file and set the Bars to check to 999?

May I know the meaning behind the 'Bar to check''

Does it mean how many bars the indicator will look back as a signal to enter? What is the difference value that will affect it, like 1 or 999

Sorry, I didn’t explain things clearly enough earlier. Here’s my suggestion - please feel free to let me know if you have any other ideas.
I’ve made some changes to the signal indicator "FNC_Zee_SupRes".
Please download the updated version and replace the old one.
With this update, when you set the "Bars to check" value, the indicator will only retrieve information within that specified range.
Therefore, even if there is indicator data outside of that range, signals will not be displayed.
For example:
If you set "Signal bar" to 1 and "Bars to check" to 1,
the indicator will only check one bar before the current bar.
If you set "Signal bar" to 1 and "Bars to check" to 10,
the indicator will check from one bar before the current bar, going back 10 bars in total.

I received an indicator from you some time ago in the form of an FNC. Could you please adapt it to the current version of the FNC DB?
Which indicator are you referring to?
Is it an indicator called IMDB_FX?
Where can I download it from?
What are the signal conditions?

By the way, I’ve deleted all of the old FNC_DB-related files and no longer have them on hand.
At the moment, I can only provide support for the two versions shown in Post #1 – one for MT4 and one for MT5.
