TDI Averages with Heiken Ashi Prices & All RSI Types

Hello, thanks for this version, hope you don't mind posting a version that have been working on awhile, still a work in progress but think it is good enough for testing. It has my averages and different rsi types and some extra deviation types. Some deviation types don't work very well together with some rsi's but think for the most part they work. In preliminary testing the rsi smoothers are not working well with the ema deviation and weighted deviation, not sure why but all the others seem fine.

There's not many TDI indicators out there for MT5 yet let alone an advanced, color shaded one like this Mrtools, so this is a real "breakthrough" moment. Even if some of the RSI smoothers aren't compatible with EMAD, this is seriously a massive milestone.

There's going to be a lot of happy traders this week because of this new MT5 TDI Averages.
