Trading isn't just a mental game; it requires a balance of mental acuity and physical fitness. Here’s how you can complement your trading activities with a workout routine that includes Krav Maga for practical self-defense, Taekwondo for enhancing agility and kicking skills, and deep breathing for improved focus and stress relief:
I agree martial arts improves mental capability significantly, i once got really into Kung Fu, Kung Fu sets are crazy, there is like 20-100 moves represented in one flow of continuous movement, very difficult. Surprised me how little i had developed my co-ordination and memory. Most people don't know but White Eyebrow is the deadliest in the world and was banned / mostly lost to history. One of the early elders made it.
Move the stance,
change the step,
shift and dodge,
advance and retreat,
if their is form strike the form,
if their is no form chase the shadow
they even hid their techniques in poetry
Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan is the probably the most embodied person of kung fu i think i have ever seen, a lot of fakes or mediocre people out there
5 elements
Southern style , northern style
Celestial styles
Buddha styles
Animal styles
Choy Li Fut
Vagabond style
72 arts
Kung fu is not a particular style it is like mma but more
It involves military combat approaches, Traditional medicines, wisdom of the past, very unusual body strengthening, poetry and art, religious beliefs, and implementation of weapons, todays kung fu is nothing like it was, secrets were lost a lot because they kept it in their circle of families, age does not matter in kung fu, you might find real kung fu in books but probably not at a dojo or whatever the hell
