Today only scalps. I changed the Semaphors from the 18m version and added the D1 candle and D1 candle from the previous day.

I agree martial arts improves mental capability significantly, i once got really into Kung Fu, Kung Fu sets are crazy, there is like 20-100 moves represented in one flow of continuous movement, very difficult.
