The Zelensky 'victory plan' is really a Zelensky 'survival plan', the Ukraine is on the verge of defeat and only the US can save them.

It is a demand, beg, plea to be allowed into NATO immediately so NATO troops can be sent to Ukraine.

But there are problems, the Pentagon say no, article 5 doesn't demand any country actually sends troops, European people are not interested and their armies are in no shape to fight Russia.

And of course NATO rules don't allow immediate Ukr entry but the US make up their own rules now so we will have to wait and see.

Lots of indications coming from US representatives that Zelensky's demand for immediate entry into NATO will not be granted by Biden at his meeting on Thursday. This was Zelensky's last hope for anything like a victory in this conflict. He is trapped now by his own rhetoric and threats from the western Ukraine hardliners into watching the continued destruction of the Ukraine nation state.
