hello, I came back after vacation and I like this indicator bbpt. There are no strategies here, how to use it... I have something similar- MatrixBetyX, so I will try to present you one of the seven strategies of my indicator, which is moderately successful, on gold around 86%. just add the ATR to the chart (you can definitely find a lot of them on FS) the rest is explained in the pictures... just a note, the price can be at most in the middle of the ATR during SELL/BUY... Maybe it will inspire someone to create a similar strategy for the bbpt indicator. I just want to give inspiration…. I think that if you play with the settings you will get something similar...
learn to use the indicator first, then trade...

Welcome back it's been a while Pucmola nice to see you again. The BBPT indicator is a strong one. Do you find it lags for you? Or are you happy with it's speed of signals?

it's a trend indicator : if the red line goes up and is above the 0.25 limit then it's trending for sure

Jazzy Jeff this is a solid indicator for showing trends its spot on.... is it meant to not work on 1 hour and above timeframes? Or is that on my end

Thank you for the welcome. I like these types of indicators and I think it has great potential. The reactions seem to be fast, but I noticed that I have some conflicting signals like MatrixBetyX and that's why I downloaded it. which is perfect, because you solve the highest quality entry/exit to/from the trade. eg: matrixbetyx shows sell/buy in advance, sometimes even 1 candle, and bbpt is still in trend, so I wait until bbpt adjusts and I have the best entry to the trade, which is key for large lots. To be used as a filter.

I just made one filter for ea, but it doesn't fit there, so who wants it, here it is... ++W++ attempt 1 in basic version 1.0

Gentlemen, today was a real gold massacre. Even though all EAs closed at the position - 2550 - it's an early Christmas.
It's just a pity that the gold was not confirmed correctly in 2525.06 and he will have to test it later.
But to the point...
I let the bbpt indicator run on the test PC (recording) to better understand it... I'm curious what will happen when the white with green on top rises... what does it signal? in my opinion, when I look at gold, it will go up a bit and consolidation is inevitable... your opinion? what does it mean when white and green go up at the same time?
