(MS Recall got recalled lol)

Hello Ogee,

Beautiful notebook, and that screen is simply amazing, thank you the share.

About CoPilot, first we find it strange, then we get into it :) and It remembers movie watched recently https://www.imdb.com/title/tt20859464/

Interesting that Recall not included with Copilot after all the fuss about privacy and then MS saying it would be turned off by default instead of turned on. But lots of vids came out showing how easy is was to hack into so now not included at all as yet.

I did like the instant AI translation service on videos though.

Topic: Windows 10: generate a display with the laptop lid closed

Question: If this option not working to you: Control Panel > Power Options > When I close the lid > Do nothing

Answer:
1. open device manager
2. in "System devices" find "ACPI lid"
3. Open "ACPI lid" properties, and go to "Driver" tab.
4. Select "Update driver"
5. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software" and "Let me pick.."
uncheck "Show compatible hardware"
6. And now...in "Manufacturer" select "(Standard system devices)" and model:
"Volume manager" (yes, "Volume manager")
7. next, next, restart the system and it works!

Got a new gaming pc during the sales this weekend... just dreading windows 11 home dunno know what to expect after using Windows 10 for 8 years!! 😓

Specs are:
  • Intel Core i5 12400F 6 Core
  • GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB graphics card
  • 16GB RAM
  • 1TB SSD hard drive
  • Win 11 Home (uh oh)
Hope I can at least run MT4. Gonna use XARD and VZU forex system as a benchmark for loading as both were a bit slow on my old 8GB RAM Windows 10 Dell pc from 2017 😁
