I was on a carnivore diet for a few years.

I was feeling really good, but maybe "too good" (too much energy , yes that's possible)
I was sleeping 3-4 hours per night only, I did not even want to go to sleep
and I was feeling a bit oppressed (but was it spiritual ? maybe)

I'm still on a mainly animal based diet but I reintroduced some carbs (a little bit of pasta, and orange juice), it calms me down a bit and allows me to sleep through all the night while retaining all the energy. I think I found the right balance

but if you have IBS, lack of energy, diabetes, etc I highly recommend upping your animal intake, specially fermented stuff

you will FEEL the difference

also HUGE improvement : i do NOT fart anymore, it was very painful to me before (all the vegetables shit)

In prep for Jake Paul fight

I wouldn't want to miss out on vegetables, has very important minerals
Unless you live in the arctic and your fish blood has all the vitamins in it
I eat vegetables form time to time, doesn't make any difference in my psyche
and I get constipated a little bit afterwards (all the fucking fiber)
really the key is fermented and RAW

Id be careful about raw having worms
Maybe drink some wine too
or some indian herbs that fight internal problems and parasites

nah, I eat (almost) raw meat everyday i'm fine
worms are not in the muscles

I eat andouillette too (which is smoked intestines), but it's cooked, smoked and sliced so goodbye the worms ;)

anyway butchers can spot worms if they see them, also you simply have to chew good
