Here's a first-hand account of Don The Con's and David Pecker's appearances in Trump's first criminal felony trial today. Note that Trump has a secret weapon at trial... Uncle Fester (from the Addams Family movie) is in this clip at 00:47.

Just a reminder... Don The Con's first felony criminal trial resumes this morning with a hearing (mini trial within a trial) on the issue of Trump's contempt violations. Looks like Trump added to his violations this morning right before the hearing:

The U.S. Secret Service, which is responsible for safeguarding Don The Con, and the New York Corrections Department, which manages the Rikers Island Jail, are making a contingency plan for Trump's eventual incarceration.

Although I'm not a Trump follower, I believe that there would be somewhat of an upside if Trump were to win the U.S. Presidency while in jail--It would prove that criminal prosecution cannot be weaponized to disqualify U.S. Presidential candidates.

Judge Merchan in Don The Con's ongoing criminal case was not impressed with Trump's lawyers' frivolous contempt defense for which they cited no law nor evidence:

U.S. Senate Republican minority leader, Mitch McConnell, says that Don The Con and Little Peuttie loving Tucker Carlson are at fault for delaying the Ukraine aid bill--which the Senate passed, and President Biden signed into law today. By the way, separate Israel aid, Taiwan aid, and TikTok ban bills passed too.

In the ongoing criminal felony trial against Don The Con, his goose is already cooked:

“[A]s we know, there are known knowns—there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns—that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns—the ones we don’t know we don’t know.”—Donald Rumsfeld, 2002

Don The Con's doing about as poorly in his presidential campaign as he's doing in his criminal campaign:

“[A]s we know, there are known knowns—there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns—that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns—the ones we don’t know we don’t know.”—Donald Rumsfeld, 2002

A grand jury in the U.S. State of Arizona indicted 18 insurrectionist ReTrumplicans for criminally attempting and/or aiding attempts to overthrow the 2020 presidential election, and Don The Con is listed as an unindicted coconspirator in the indictments.

Don The Con and his fellow ReTrumplicans just got hit with a complaint for another election law violation. I've attached the complaint as a file instead of posting text inline because it's 30 pages long.

Here's a concise summary of it by way of video:

“[A]s we know, there are known knowns—there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns—that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns—the ones we don’t know we don’t know.”—Donald Rumsfeld, 2002

Don The Con looks like he's eventually starting to realize the consequences of his criminal conduct. He looked like he just wanted to go back to sleep after exiting his ongoing criminal trial yesterday. Also, Judge Merchan set another criminal contempt hearing for next week on May 1, 2024. Undoubtedly, Trump's additional contempt violations committed after the first contempt hearing are weighing heavy on his egotistical mind.

“[A]s we know, there are known knowns—there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns—that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns—the ones we don’t know we don’t know.”—Donald Rumsfeld, 2002
