Yes, kind of.
I optimize the indicators and test them for EURUSD, I do not trade EURUSD myself, but EURUSD is the most traded pair, meaning it will be the most manipulated.
That said, if the indicators can perform good on EURUSD, then they will perform even better on any other pair.
( needless to say that one needs to understand price action not to fall in retracement traps)
I never use all numbers too, always will use fractioned numbers wherever I can.

Hope that can give you some light on what I meant earlier :)
