The cause is not the EA but the FNC_DB setting.
EA trades based on signals from FNC_DB.

Possible reasons,
The parameters "Entry/Exit signal input" and "Exit signal special input" of FNC_DB are not well set.
If you can post the settings of the parameters "Entry/Exit signal input" and "Exit signal special input" of FNC_DB, I can explain in detail.

There is no EA for open trades only.
It is possible to set up a setting that makes it harder to close an order.
For example, you can set it to close when all signals are opposite.
