Load 2 market profiles onto your chart. One you'll have with your normal settings and the second you can set to RECTANGLE. Then whenever you need to see the profile of a particular region you can call up the rectangle version of the market profile by pressing R. 1. For some reason, the market profile with your settings is not displayed on my chart. If I reset the settings, it appears. But as soon as I select RECTANGLE in the settings, everything disappears again.
