i may be saying something stupid, but aren't those 2 meant to be exit signals from a trade, or at least levels to watch out when you are in a trade, and not pure enter signals?
I remember him saying that from the lessons.

Have the feeling the previous version of the assistant ( 2.1 ) was better....will try it again on live account

You guys seem to be missing the whole point of ATS, there a no settings. The problem with all those ATR and Super trend indicators is that they have settings that constantly need to be optimized to whatever the market conditions are. The Optimization never ends. All ATS indicators, whether the base framework or ATS trend indicator are self optimizing indicators, to all market conditions so there is no tweaking, you can't make it conform to current market conditions with period settings etc.

I had to put that out there because I feel that some are over complicating how simple using ATS is.

yes, someone was looking for a tradingview equivalent to build a similar system to use on that platform so just pointing out the ATR base used in the majority of these types of indicators.
