on a side note i'm using a r5 5700x and mt4 barely used it, i don't think you need to go crazy here. Unless you're doing something crazy in mt4 idk

I did some research on this. Even though MT4 is only showing 1-2% CPU usage, due to how MT4 is processing lots of times a second this triggers the CPU to fully boost. So core voltages rise to maximum. Also, I have multiple MT4s running on 4 different screens, the result of all this is the 5950XCPU runs hot at over 80 degrees even with water cooling.

Back to your original question, spending extra for the 3D version is probably not going to make any difference as the CPU is being under utilized.

Good Morning everyone.. Please i have having this challenge. All the indicators that was posted here by XARD are not displaying on my chart. Though i have refresh the mt4 and the rest its not showing among the indicators i have. Please what am i doing wrong?

In the open data folder, I opened the MQL4 folder and i put them in the indicator folder but when i want to put them on the chart, I can't find them..

Have you copied the folder to your indicators folder rather than copying the indicators directly into the indicators folder. Should look like this in the navigator.

Could you post a screenshot of your indicators folder, with all subfolders expanded?

The other consideration could be if you have more that one mt4 installation - open the data folder from within mt4 and navigate to MQL4 ->Indicators.
There you should have a folder like XU-v001 or XU-v78, depending on the version installed.
