hi traders this must be a bit of a long msg to all traders as trading for 20 years an have tried many indicators and eas. wnt to ask if just using the super smoothed 1.5 indicator version with the grey area where there is no trade an by taking all the setups with the super smoothed indicator 1.5 version

whts the best timeframe this has been profitable is it the 5 m the 15 or 1h or 4h an cn this be used to swing trade frm the 1h an 4 h

also fr day trades is it good at the 5 min or 15 min or 30 min

another thing is we know tht the indicator doesnt repaint but whn the color is shifting frm green to red vice versa thn or to grey thn do we wait for the color change bar to go to the next candle wher it makes a green or red or grey an thn take the trade is tht right guys .

any any traders who have tried super smoothed fr 1h an 4 h swing trades.an is it profitable atr least 60 to 70 % an hws it fr day trading frm 5 an 15 min tf, 5 min is noisy but 15 is good an so is 30 min an 1h

have tried many many indicators over 20 years and this post if it really helps all the traders here with the super smoothed moving averages thn thts good

also the other good non repainting indicator is the evwma 2.1 how is this compared to the super smoothed 1.5 are they similar or really different this will really help those who thried the evwma 2.1 an the super smoothed 1.5 an also the 2x ma as really dnt know which one out of these 3 really is the best one guess.

traders who have used all these 3 non repainting indicators cn really give their feedback on these indicators to all traders here so it cn really help us as am still nt profitable yet.

They aren't on any scale of strength
Only display regressions long and short
Unless you use price action setups or news a ma is worthless
I dont think anyone trades the ma alone
And all ma are relatively the same in comparison

The rsi is scaled 1-100 much different
Macd is on scale 1-100 also
Then use high zones and low zones off support and resistance or trendlines to find entries
1 timeframe isnt good enough either

25 pips is a stretch but you can certainly bank that when trading volatile pairs such as:

• GBPJPY
• EURAUD
• GBPNZD
• EURNZD
• GBPAUD

Not for the major pairs on 15minute timeframe its just way too risky.

Use the Daily and Weekly charts as a guide. For example, if the Daily chart is trending up, only look for Buy signals in the 15minute timeframe.

PS: Only trade the London and US sessions too. Don't fuck around with Asian session unless you have pips to burn and just scalping for 10 pips here and there.

Super Smoothed Averages Trend with Bands & MA Filters

Will try a mt5 version next, this is the mt4 version with all the averages added.

thanks mr tools is the super smoothed moving average 34 better than the 25 whts your experience plz

have added the corrected super smoothed moving average fo0r mt5 but this is not really the same as the mt4 version its somewhat different if you put it on the chart you will get it thts why asked for the same mt4 version fr the mt5 template version super smoothed moving average it will really help if you somehow can send the same one for mt5 plz
