Jeffrey Sachs on Ukraine

Excellent overview of the conflict, how it started and how it's going. Also discusses the current relationship between the US and the EU.

Jeffrey Sachs is a well-known American economist, academic, and public policy analyst who has made significant contributions to the fields of sustainable development and economic development. (25 min)

The head of the military committee of the EU, general Robert Briger noted that russia has a huge stockpile of weapons and a reserve of personnel - and "clearly surpasses Ukraine" on these points.
And that Ukraine lacks the capability to evict Russia.

▪️ The Ukrainian army lacks the manpower to recruit and the time to win, writes Robert Clark, a columnist for the British "Telegraph".
▪️Kiev has somehow coped with the lack of Western equipment until now, but the lack of people it is currently facing could prove fatal.
▪️Ukrainian forces are not only fighting against Russian minefields, fortified defenses or heavy artillery fire, but also with a lack of time. The Ukrainian military is now desperately trying to achieve some sort of success, before heavy casualties destroy its combat capability.

At night, strikes were made on columns of enemy armored vehicles in the Zaporozhye region
Report from the Acting Governor of the Zaporozhye region E. Balitsky
▪️Last night, the movement of enemy equipment was recorded, 9 columns with equipment and personnel, which immediately fell under our fire.
▪️Only last night, these columns lost 8 armored vehicles, 4 tanks, 4 pickup trucks and more than 150 people from among the APU killed.
▪️The Armed Forces of Ukraine want to gain a foothold at the Rabotino-Verbove line by all means, throwing all available reserves for slaughter.

If you want democracy you pay for it. He will take the money but there won't be elections (he'd lose, but the excuse will be that it's too dangerous for voters).

A while ago there was a rumor that the Ukrainian military had started using Air Force cadets & ground crews to bolster frontline infantry units, or even to form new infantry units; now we're getting obituaries from the Flight Academy about cadets dying in infantry combat

The Deep State channel updated its map to show Ukraine has liberated Robotyne. They credit the 47th, 65th, 116th, 117th, 118th, 71st, 46th, 82nd brigades; Skala battalion; 78th Regiment; 73rd Center; and NGU 3rd and 14th Brigades that fought in the area.

It took 10+ brigades, 20-35,000 men?, to take
Robotyne (population, 2001 census, 480).
How many more such victories can Ukraine sustain?

10+ brigades and 10 weeks and Robotyne is still a kill zone for the Russian army -see vid below)

🌐 Place: Robotyne
🕰 Date: ~ 28.08.2023
📌 Coordinates: 47.444518, 35.839444
📝 Description: The Ukrainians landed infantry and captured the building, after which an artillery strike was carried out on the building.

Meanwhile, after Ukraine was forced to use cluster shells because there is nothing else left Russia now started using them as well. Cluster shells work best against infantry out in the open eg; Ukraine army attacking defensive positions.
