Looks like smoke and mirrors to me. The UK got only 400 of those. So how many do you think they are going to spare. I think they just want to keep the war going after the failed counter offensive. They don't give a dime that it's the Ukrainians who pay with their lives.

Western Europeans have been completely emptying their arsenals to keep the shitshow on the road, remember they have started pretending that Russia has suddenly become an ''existential threat'' to them.
Ukraine received 200 Storm Shadow missiles from Britain in the first batch, in the second phase they should receive another 400 missiles. Now the Armed Forces of Ukraine are testing missiles against targets on the frontline, and data on the strikes are transmitted by Western intelligence.

The US knew there were problems ahead when BRICS overtook the G7 in world share of GDP. Their use of sanctions against Russia has exacerbated problems for the US as countries around the world see how easy the US can pull the rug out from underneath them and they are now drifting away from dollar use, which quicker than anything, will end US unipolarity and bring about multipolarity.
Sanctions taken by the US and its allies against Moscow made many nations less willing to hold on to the dollar.
