Someone gave me access to a fresh 80k ftmo account.
It will be more difficult to skyrocket it fast due to drawdown rules , but an interesting challenge non the less.

DAY 1 :
choppy chop city on nasdaq open made some losses , after that easy breakout trade
took a small reentry and walking of computer now

overall decent first day

Dear friends, what do you think is the best channel to use for M1 to trade breakouts? I was looking at GChannel and Donchian, just wondering if there's any other alternatives?

there are countless alternatives

you have to try and error to see what fits the best your trading style

there is no 1 best channel that fits everyone

Ok so , challenge was a fat fail due to drawdown rules.

I feel like normal swing accounts are a big scam. 5 percent daily , 10 percent max drawdown is really tight for my style.

Agressive accounts are better in my humble opinion. you get more drawdown , more leverage , more profits. simple.

I was really held down by drawdown rules and small leverage , im not used to that , nor do i like it. It sucks. You are constantly in a mindset of 'huh ive taken a few losses now , i have to play it small just to rebuild my risk'.

Anyway , just for my pride , account is at +25 percent now in 2 weeks and a half. Not so bad.
