RSI Indicators for MT4

can i ask your help with something (or anyone else if they can help), i was playing with the rsioma+xuhisto indicator and there is something i don't follow, those 2 vertical lines are supposed to be there?

i either don't understand how they appear or they shouldn't be there. I am perfecting this strategy that uses them as a great visual aid and i was confused by them. I even used 2 versions and they do the same thing, i didn't even altered any settings. I refreshed and changed time frames but they always stay there.

Ok i get it, so it can appear in the middle of the histogram, i had only seen them in the begging. so far.
Anyway it doesn't matter i will just ignore them if not at the begging and the example kind of proves it. Thanks.
