Been playing with it...trying to emulate the above picture, but with no success.
Does anyone have a set file they can share that does emulate the pic above ?

Is there any MT4 indicator like the TradingView ind "MultiTimeFrame Chart" enabling a higher TF High and Low highlighted with a box ?
In the screenshot you can see a M1 chart and the Boxes are showing the High and Low of M5 TF.

This one looks not bad:

The wicks can be filled to form boxes, afair.

I think if this is the indicator it's based on the code has been tweaked somewhat to produce those signal arrows.
I do not have the source & I'm not a coder.
Perhaps someone may be able to help out there
