I use this one but I think there are also free offline chart generators. I just find 3 min a good compromise on the indices because they move so fast. Cheers.

PeriodConverter is a default script in MT4.
Sometimes it's better to use it as an indicator.
(ofc, the chart should be opened as an offline chart).

Your script from OVO is probably better.
They sell a very good script for 'stable' Renko bars.

Oh sorry mate, misunderstood. I don't think there is a native way to display offline charts in mt4. Period converter isn't up to the job.
