Re: XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
7743I think - if one is honest -
WS30 was easy to trade on M5 (after price had closed below EMA9 and EMA36) but not on M15... and it couldn't be clearly anticipated on H1 (of course, the way it turned out was excellent but I don't think it was clear that it would develop this way)
(the helpful reference TF was H4: pretty clear downward continuation)
(contrary to US100 which was a clear and simple trade all along)
But who am I to know...

Re: XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
7745that the candle is so long we know later, we didn't have to wait for the close before acting
Re: XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
7746Xard,
Nice trade. Do you wait for the close of the candle, or do you enter on color change alone? From your pic it look like color change.
Thanks a ton for the new version. I'm diggin' it.

Re: XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
7750Hi I've been trying this system for more than 6 months and I am still struggling to make the system work... The plan was to pass the ftmo challenge evaluation and work on my education after that... That didn't happen. I am currently struggling to go back to break even, despite having good risk management and do backtesting and trade analysis every day... still I can't see any lasting improvements so I feel like it's time to ask for help, so can anyone that's more experienced please tell me what can I do to make things better?
Thanks,
Julia Bacelar.
