Normally, GBPNZD is first, followed by GBPAUD. GBPJPY and GBPCAD switch ranks from time to time, but mostly GBPJYP wins the third rank. Last two months of 2018 GBPJPY was in front and also GBPCHF was good volatile because of the Brexit. JPY is a safe haven and a bit CHF as well and AUD is Gold-related.

I also wondered why GBPNZD is that volatile. I only can guess that's why NZD is a pretty low-weighted currency nowadays. Yuan and Swedish Kroner are traded more often, see the list here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Currency_pair
