Eventually figured out that the first column contain dates to take trades if price arrives at those levels and the last column is the price level. the middle ones: MnH and Makc are the ones am still struggling with.

If shortly, this is the "price corridor" for every day. The upper and lower levels. Also here you can clearly see the weekly or monthly trend and its changes.
