Most likely bears will update the lows of last month, and so the bulls will try to make a larger upward correction. Breakthrough 1.2058 is a signal for sales with the target of 1.2023 and 1.1987, which are very important levels. From them you can watch the purchase for a rebound. In case of a false breakout and a return to 1.2058, I look at purchases to 1.2102, and there to the upper border of the channel 1.2145, where I sell for a rebound. False breakdown of 1.2102 and a return to this level will be another signal for sales.

While the trade is below 1.3782, the pressure on the pound will remain quite serious, which will lead to an update of 1.3717 and a further decline to 1.3648 and 1.3613. If after the update 1.3717 there is no rapid drop and we make a false breakdown, then I buy with the purpose of correction to 1.3782. Sales on growth are only from 1.3832 and 1.3876.
